Adds a thin compatibility-layer for realurl for the crawler-Extension. With this extension you can set see the "Use realurl urls" Checkbox in the crawler configuration again.
And it also fixes an issue realurl: it reads the obsolete configuration $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset']. This gets set by form4_realurl to UTF8.
