## Description {#description}

TYPO3 Core now ships with Symfony 6.1. Previously TYPO3 v11 used Symfony Components
in version 5.4. New features are available with the latest versions of Symfony Components:

## Impact {#impact}

New functionality including PHP 8.1 functionality for used Symfony Components are
included automatically for extension developers.
