LoginErrorOccurredEvent

   This event replaces the :php:`$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['EXTCONF']['felogin']['login_error']`
   hook from the pibase plugin.


The notification event is triggered when an error occurs while trying to log in
a user.
