## Datebase credential structure in LocalConfiguration.php not up to date

This error happen when you update a TYPO3 7.x installation to Version
8.x. Because of the changed array structure in version 8.x, TYPO3 cannot
find the proper database connection.

Change your `typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php`

**From:**

```php
'DB' => [
    'database' => '',
    'host' => 1',
    'password' => '',
    'port' => 3306,
    'username' => '',
],
```

**To:**

```php
'DB' => [
    'Connections' => [
        'Default' => [
            'charset' => 'utf8',
            'dbname' => 'typo3_v8',
            'driver' => 'mysqli',
            'host' => '',
            'password' => '',
            'port' => 3306,
            'user' => '',
        ],
    ],
],
```
