# TYPO3 Exception 1710399967 {#typo3-exception-1710399967}

## TYPO3 12.4.16 or 13.2+ - 2024-06-11 {#typo3-12-4-16-or-13-2-2024-06-11}

### Installation Overview {#installation-overview}

Normal composer-based installation.

### The Issue {#the-issue}

Opening the TYPO3 frontend or backend shows an "Ooops" error,
or with detailed error logging:

```

### Solution {#solution}

The "page" cache needs an update due to a change in TYPO3 v12 (and v13), see [https://github.com/typo3/typo3/commit/837f5b0b55](https://github.com/typo3/typo3/commit/837f5b0b55).

The error should go away after clearing your TYPO3 cache either via Install Tool or CLI (`vendor/bin/typo3 cache:flush`).
