The Issue
---------

Cannot log into the TYPO3 backend.

With detailed error logging enabled, you get:

   Function value token stream has not been set

Solution
--------

The "page" cache needs an update due to a change in TYPO3 v12 (and v13), see `https://github.com/typo3/typo3/commit/837f5b0b55`__.

The error should go away after clearing your TYPO3 cache either via Install Tool or CLI (`vendor/bin/typo3 cache:flush`),
or manually deleting the folder `var/cache/code`.
