## Arguments of the `<f:if>` ViewHelper {#typo3fluid-fluid-if-arguments}

-   **condition**

    -   *Type:* boolean
    -   *Default:* false

    Condition expression conforming to Fluid boolean rules

-   **else**

    -   *Type:* mixed

    Value to be returned if the condition if not met.

-   **then**

    -   *Type:* mixed

    Value to be returned if the condition if met.
