# Floor ViewHelper `<f:floor>` {#typo3fluid-fluid-floor}

The FloorViewHelper rounds down a float value to the next integer.
The ViewHelper mimics PHP's `floor()` function.

**Arguments**

The following arguments are available for the floor ViewHelper:

    The number that should be rounded down
