The extension needs to be installed like any other extension of TYPO3 CMS:

#.  Visit the :guilabel:`Extension Manager`

#.  Switch over to :guilabel:`Get Extensions`

#.  Search for :composer:`jweiland/weather2`

#.  Install the extension
