They can be edited in the backend module **Sites > Settings** and are stored in the `settings.yaml` of the site. A plugin can override most of them, see [Defaults and overrides](https://docs.typo3.org/permalink/mediaessenz/fullcalendar:plugin-settings-defaults@main).
