Open existing draft mail when click on internal page
----------------------------------------------------

Previously, when you clicked on an internal page in the email wizard's sidebar (if enabled),
a new email draft was created, regardless of whether a draft already existed.

Now, the existing draft is opened instead.

Add attachments to test mails
-----------------------------

Add attachment defined in the settings step of the wizard to test mails.
Also changed subject and mail sender data will be used now for test mails.
