-   Improved migration logic by adding checks for record validity and content structure within DirectMailMigration.
-   Enhanced documentation with notes on excluding links from tracking.
-   Performed bug fixes in UpperCaseMarkers handling.
-   Updated dependencies in `composer.lock` of phar package for TER releases to newer versions for PHP-CSS-Parser and Symfony Polyfills.
-   Fix permalinks in documentation guides.xml.
-   Refactor ViewHelpers and improve multilingual support.
-   Update URL counter logic in ReportService.php
