The so called domain record must have a DMARC policy. If the domain record of your domain hasn't this DMARC policy, **the delivery of e-mails will failed** in cases of a spam protection like above. Another effects are: * **Caddy can't process the order proper** * **Next order will get the same order and invoice number!** Check your domain! ------------------ You can check, if your domain has a DMARC policy for example at: * https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx Solution -------- If your domain hasn't a DMARC policy, please send a message to your provider. Your provider can add the DMARC policy and can solve the problem.
