Order of the Plugins

The Publish plugin must be placed above the Powermail plugin.


Powermail fieldmarker
---------------------

A Powermail fieldmarker must have the format: table, a double underscore, field (column):

* table__field

Examples:

* my_table__my_column

* tx_news_domain_model_news__categories

* tx_org_cal__tx_org_caltype
