* Update extensions, which are using SEO Dynamic Tag.

* Maybe you have to include the templates for SEO Dynamic Tag of these extensions again.

* Root page: please move the SEO Dynamic Tag template below of all other templates.

* If you have some own SEO Dynamic Tag configuration or templates, remove them:
