\\nn\\t3::Encrypt()->getSaltingKey();

Retrieves the Enryption / Salting Key from the extension configuration for ``nnhelpers``
If no key has been set in the Extension Manager, it is generated automatically
and saved in the ``LocalConfiguration.php``.
