TYPO3 backend module for managing [Prive Cookie Consent](https://www.prive.eu/)
banner scripts. Administrators edit JavaScript snippets in the TYPO3 backend; the
scripts are stored on the site root page record (`pages` table) and rendered on the frontend by a
PSR-14 event listener.
