    templates changed, so re-check any template overrides.
*   14.3.0 Release for TYPO3 14.3:
    both plugins are now content types of their own, so run the upgrade wizard
    *Migrate "Proudnerds Laposta" plugins to content elements* after updating; submitted
    newsletter ids are validated against the ids configured on the plugin; the honey pot
    value is no longer logged. Note: the frontend templates changed, so re-check any
    template overrides.
*   14.4.0 Spam protection:
    optional self-hosted ALTCHA check on both forms against bots that pass the honey
    pot, enabled with ``plugin.tx_laposta.settings.altcha.enable = 1``; optional limit
    on submissions per IP address and form, set with ``rateLimit`` in the extension
    configuration. Both are off by default. Adds the Composer dependency
    ``altcha-org/altcha`` and the cache ``laposta_altcha``, so run the database compare
    after updating. Template overrides need ``<f:render partial="Altcha" />`` inside the
