  toolbarPosition: 'bottom-right'
```
## Disabling Frontend Edit {#disabling-frontend-edit}
You can temporarily disable frontend editing by clicking the toggle button
in the Toolbar. This setting is stored per user and persists across sessions.
After the page reloads, a notification explains the new state, provided
[frontendEdit.enableFlashMessages](../Configuration/SiteSettings.html#confval-frontendedit-enableflashmessages) is active.
