The way registering a wizard in TCA has changed in 6.2 and was removed in CMS 7.

Solution:

Check and adapt TCA and FlexForms.

For TCA replace

::

   'script' => 'browse_links.php?mode=wizard&act=file'

with

::

   'module' => [
       'name' => 'wizard_element_browser',
       'urlParameters' => [
           'mode' => 'wizard',
           'act' => 'file'
       ]
   ]

For FlexForms replace

::

   <script>browse_links.php?mode=wizard&act=file</script>

with

::

   <module type="array">
       <name>wizard_element_browser</name>
       <urlParameters type="array">
           <mode>wizard</mode>
           <act>file</act>
       </urlParameters>
   </module>

For :file:`wizard_add.php`, :file:`wizard_edit.php`, :file:`wizard_list.php`,
:file:`wizard_rte.php`, the module names stay the same as the old php files
name, for instance:
