Database abstraction layer utilities for TYPO3:

* Convenience SQL methods
* SQL Debug log


Debug log:
----------

Debug log is only available in Development-Context.
A HTTP header "X-TYPO3-QueryLog" will be added to each HTTP response.
This is the ID of the query log file.
