Static cache
------------

- When the cache is rebuild by the scheduler task only the content of the cache directory gets deleted, but not the cache directory itself.
- When the cache is rebuild by the scheduler task the static files are generated in a temporary directory before they get moved to the cache directory.
- The cache is not flushed when clicking *Flush all caches* in the header menu of the TYPO3 backend.
