You can find at this address a full example extension, which uses a majority of the features provided by FormZ.

To install it:

  • Clone the repository with Git (git clone https://github.com/romm/formz_example.git);
  • Or download the archive and add it to the typo3conf/ext/ folder of your TYPO3 instance.

This extension provides a plug-in which can be added on a page and will display — without further configuration — a form which you can use directly. This form may be rendered using the two layouts provided by FormZ: Twitter Bootstrap or Foundation, as you can see:
