#. Use the list module to add one or more mailing list records.

#. Insert a content element of type 'General Plugin'.

#. On sheet 'Plugin' choose 'list subscribe' as 'Selected Plugin'. Save for the changes to take effect.

#. Edit the Plugin Options as necessary, see :ref:`flexform-options`.

Flexform options
----------------

- **Sheet General**

  - *View:* Choose between the subscription form and a list of available mailing lists.
  - *Storage Page:* Choose where to look for mailing list records. If empty (and there is no default in the TypoScript Setup), the current page is used.
  - *Include Subpages:* Check if subpages should be searched, too.

- **Sheet Form** (Only needed for form view)

  - *Hide Single List:* Hides the list selection field if only one list is available.
  - *Form Layout:* Choose between a full-fledged form and a minimized form without labels and name field. If empty, default from TypoScript Setup is used.
