In version 0.2.6, the generation of global javascript, to enable the lightbox for images and iframes, has moved.
As of now, no COA is used but FLUIDTEMPLATE.
Please have a look at the fluidtemplate referenced in extension typoscript setup, if you modified the COA bevore.
