Within version 0.4.0, the hardcoded javascript for the plugin has been moved from controller to template. Please consider this if you use a locally modified version the file "EXT:jh_magnificpopup/Resources/Private/Templates/Magnificpopup/Show.html". You will need to copy the first if-section into your own version.
