What does it do?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Well, it's basically a skin for the TYPO3 4.2 backend. The project has
been added on `Forge <http://forge.typo3.org/projects/show/extension-
modern_skin>`_ to enable a better community contribution.

Tips & tricks: deactivate the t3skin (enabled by default) to avoid CSS
overhead.
