Users manual
------------

Just install it from the online respository. Go to a page, change it's
type to „Insert Plugin“ and insert the Plugin „Forecast Viewer“.
Select items to display. Two options are there „LIST“ and „CURRENT“.
Then enter the location and language code. Thats all no further
configuration needed.
