What does it do?

- Returns language parameter decoded by Realurl even when requested site
  could not be found.

- This enables opportunity to use translated 404 error pages (e.g. with
  extension “404 Page not found handling” [pagenotfoundhandling]).

- Here you can define which handling should be started after setting
  right language parameter.

- Same as $TYPO3\_CONF\_VARS['FE']['pageNotFound\_handling'] (but don't
  change the user function here as this would disable
  realurl\_force404lang)
