This extension was based on *autourl* (https://github.com/smichaelsen/typo3-autourls) from Sebastian Michaelsen. In the
meantime it got a bit refactored and there isn't much left from the original code, but *autourl* was a nice clean start.

Some code got included from the old simulatestatic extension (https://github.com/colorcube/simulatestatic).
