What does it do?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is a modification of the standard typo3-skin only by the means of
CSS. It is not in experimental state, but an experiment though, as I
try to bend typo3's GUI as much as I can through CSS only. For that I
use a lot of CSS3-selectors to style specific elements that are only
unsatisfactory identified by the CMS.

Besides that I wanted a custom version of typo3, the purpose of the
skin is also to explore the abilities of typo3 to be skinned
extensively.
