This documentation is not using the current rendering mechanism and is probably outdated. The extension maintainer should switch to the new system. Details on how to use the rendering mechanism can be found here.

What does it do?

A very easy to use extension to display content elements (tt_content), pages and content elements, tt_news elements or Camaliga elements as an accordion. Put some text-content- elements (with pictures), tt_news-records or Camaliga elements into a folder and this extension will display them all as an accordion. The extension is flexible too, because it can be configured and you can use other JavaScript plugins too (e.g. jQuery UI Accordion). By default every template can be used with TinyAccordion or jQuery UI Accordion (you need to include this file by your own). Could be used for FAQs. It uses the TinyAccordion-JavaScript file from a website, that does not exist anymore. You find a demo here:

This extension is partly sponsored by and some other people.

Thanks to the fixpunkt werbeagentur gmbh, Bonn for giving me the possibility to realize this extension and share it with the TYPO3 community.

If you are using TYPO3 9, then you will need the extension typo3db_legacy too!
