Better handling for multilanguage sites

  • If [FE][hidePagesIfNotTranslatedByDefault] = 1 in installtool is set, the extension shows only translated pages
  • You can choose to show only translated pages in the settings of plugin, too without setting: [FE][hidePagesIfNotTranslatedByDefault] = 1
  • Possibility to use your own css file
