Feature: #61725 - Hook for BackendUtility::countVersionsOfRecordsOnPage()

Description

Hook to post-process BackendUtility::countVersionsOfRecordsOnPage result. BackendUtility::countVersionsOfRecordsOnPage is used to visualize workspace states in e.g. the page tree.

Register like this:
