Include the TypoScript at the root page: "Publish [1.0.0] Base"

Backend user¶

Backend users, which are allowed to setup the publish plugin

must have a backend group
and this backend group must have a file mount.

Publish doesn't run without the EXT:powermail and EXT:xblog
