You can install the extension like every other TYPO3 Extension either manually via the Extension Repository or via composer:

composer require typo3-ter/rc-probuerger.

rc_probuerger depends on typo3-ter/external-import for the import logic.

After installing and activating the extension, you need to setup the ProBÜRGER API URI as well as the Storage Page where ProBÜRGER data will be persisted in your page tree. You can find more information in the Configuration chapter of this document.
