Redemption in-store 

After vouchers are sold online, the same vouchers are managed in gurado. Businesses can redeem them in-store with the gurado webapp or supported iOS/Android apps; compatible POS integrations are available depending on the customer's configuration.

Free-plan in-store redemption is subject to a limit of 10 redemptions in a 30-day period. Paid plans are available for additional usage.

Payment methods 

On the Free plan, businesses can use invoice/bank transfer to receive payment directly in their own bank account without a paid subscription.

Paid plans can connect supported providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Worldline, Nexi, hobex and Mollie to automate online payment processing. Provider transaction fees and regional availability depend on the setup.

Physical gift cards 

Eligible paid plans can offer physical gift cards during online ordering. gurado handles production and shipping to the customer or recipient. Printing and delivery charges may apply.

Accounting and reporting 

gurado centralizes visibility into voucher sales, redemptions and outstanding voucher values. These records can assist an accounting team with transaction reconciliation and outstanding-value monitoring.

Available report views, downloads, schedules and formats vary by gurado module and configuration. Confirm the exact required export with your gurado contact before relying on it for a specific accounting workflow.
