Frontend
- The frontend is now a Vue 3 application written in TypeScript. The sources moved to
Resources/and are built with Vite (see Development).Private/ Type Script - FullCalendar 6 with the Bootstrap 5 theme, Bootstrap Icons for the filter button.
- The built files moved:
Resources/,Public/ Java Script/ fullcalendar. js Resources/andPublic/ Css/ fullcalendar. css Resources/. If you override the templatePublic/ Fonts/ Calendar/, change the paths to these files.App. html
Features
- Event sources: Google calendar feeds, iCal feeds and EXT:calendarize
- Category filter with groups, colors per category and restriction to frontend user groups
- Event modal with iCal download
Security
- The descriptions of events from Google calendar and iCal feeds are sanitized (DOMPurify) before they are shown in the event modal. Before, HTML and scripts of the feeds were rendered (stored XSS).
- Links of events (details, booking, location, organizer and the link of the event itself) are only used with the
schemes http, https, mailto and tel, no
javascript:URLs. Links which open another window getrel="noopener noreferrer". - The calendarize feed answers invalid parameters (start, end, timeZone) with the status 400 instead of an error. The requested time span is limited to two years.
Bugfixes
- The link of the location of calendarize events was only set, if the event had a link of the organizer.
- The labels of the fields Hide and Access of the feed records (and the entries Hide at login, Show at any login and Usergroups of the access field) were not translated in TYPO3 13.4 and missing at all for some fields.
- The frontend user group restriction of categories works for the special values Hide at login and Show at any login in the filter, too, like in the calendarize feed.
- iCal download: line breaks (
<br>) in the description are written as line breaks of the ICS file instead of the text "\n". - Category filter: the list of the available categories of a calendar no longer contains the categories of previously rendered calendars (e.g. a second calendar on the same page).
Upgrade
The extension originates from me_google_calendar. The upgrade wizard
Extbase ("Migrates fullcalendar plugins") converts the plugins of
earlier versions (list_ fullcalendar_, fullcalendar_,
fullcalendar_ and fullcalendar_) to the content elements (CType).
Run the upgrade wizards of the install tool after the update and check the settings of your calendars.
