Configuration 

The configuration consists of three steps:

1. Store the Algolia credentials, see Algolia credentials.
2. Create a search engine record that names the Algolia index, see Search engine.
3. Create one or more indexing service records that select the content to index, see Indexing service.

Optionally, leave unused content element columns out of the page records, see Excluding content element columns.
