Conversations 

Conversations are stored per backend user. Other users cannot see them.

• Click New conversation in the header to start fresh. The previous conversation remains in the list.
• Open the conversation list to switch, rename, or delete conversations. Filter by This page or All pages.
• The AI provider is fixed after the first answer. To use another provider, start a new conversation.
• Conversations without activity are deleted after the retention period (default: 90 days).

Administrators can change the retention period, the conversation limits, and which conversation opens automatically. See AI agent settings.
