However, it can also be used with PostgreSQL or Oracle.New features or modules can be developed or enhanced easily by using your own or external PHP programming know-how. As the only real Enterprise Open Source CRM, vtiger CRM offers unlimited possibilities for connecting almost any existing software architecture, and therefore, it can be integrated into your business processes profitably and with significant lower initial investment!Vtiger offers companies a server- based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which allows you to enter, manage and process database records through any web browser.Unlike many other available CRM solutions on the market, vtiger CRM is a full-fledged Customer Relationship Management system. In addition to managing your customer data, vtiger offers also connectivity to a variety of other software systems in the existing software architecture. So vtiger can be connected to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems without any problems, for example, to integrate already existing data into other critical processes of your business.

In the field “Module” you have to insert the name of the CRM module, in which you like to create the Dataset (For example Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, etc.).

The field “Target URL” contains the URL to the “webservices.php” of your CRM.
