Introduction

What does it do?

This extension enables the user to set shortcuts from pages not only to other pages but also to content elements on those pages.

Users manual

If you edit the page header of an page you are able to select the Page Type (with the required permissions of course). Selet a page to be a shortcut. So the user will get to the page where you link to when clicking on this page in the site menus.

If you selected “Shortcut” as page mode then you have a new field in the page header called “Shortcut to page”. In this field you can select the page where the shortcut should link to. Before you installed this plugin you were just able to select other pages. Now you can also select content elements in the Link Popup.

Known problems

The menu classes get extended via XCLASS so probably there will be a problem with some other extensions extending the menu classes.

Changelog

0.0.0

Initial release

0.0.2

Added XCLASS for class.tslib_fe.php so when a page gets called who is a shortcut (which can happen when get called directly by uid or when root page is a shortcut then) then the correct pid/uid gets resolved.
