Introduction¶
What does it do?¶
This extension allows you to define a different page-icon for each page. The Icon gets displayed in the Page-Tree visible in the middle frame of the T3 backend and in all page-tree browsers available in the popups for selecting shortcut targets, etc.
Screenshots¶
This screenshot shows a pagetree with some of the icons replaced by custom icons.
Users manual¶
Simply edit the Page/Pageheader of the page you want to assign a new icon. At the bottom of the fields you find a new field called “Pagetree Icon”. Simply upload a file into this field or select one from the fileadmin. Press save. And afterwards reload the Page-Tree by using the “Reload” button at the bottom of the Page-Tree (center frame), or by clicking onto the Page/List module again.
Known problems¶
When you remove/add an icon to a page the middle frame (Page-Tree) gets reloaded automaticall most of the time. But in some cases (I could not exactly find out when and why) it happens that the new icon is not visible right then. You have to reload the Page-Tree again – which will show the new icon.
