Introduction

What does it do?

This Plugin allows you to display Flickr photos on your website. The plugin supports user, public and group photostreams. It's easy to configure via a content element that contains all necessary configuration options.

This extension is based on the flickrRss plugin for Wordpress by Dave Kellam .

Configuring the Plugin

In the following screen insert your flickr user id. You can use the idGettr to find your id. Select how many photos you want to show and which size. If you want to limit the photos by tags, enter them comma separated with no spaces. Checking the Render as List checkbox will render the photos in an unordered list (<ul>, <li>). To show photos from a group insert the group name instead of your user id and select Group Photos from Display.

FAQ

Can I get random images from my stream?

Nope, it’s a limitation of using the RSS feed (it only displays the last 10 photos)

How do you get borders around your images?

Here’s a rough tutorial , check the Render as Ölist checkbox and use .tx- timtabflickrrss-pi1 instead of #flickr

When I put multiple tags in, it only shows one of them

No, the RSS feed shows both, but it’s a combination rather than intersection. So, you’ll get the most recent photos from both tags, not the set of photos that contain both tags
