Configuration Reference¶

After installing the extension, you have to configure it. In the extension manager, click on the configuration icon next to the twitterbox extension.

Most of the configuration is self explanatory. The date and time format can be configured using PHP's date syntax. If left empty, the plugin will use Typo3's configuration.

If you want to style the output of the plugin yourself, deactivte the CSS inclusion.

If you want to modify the output of the plugin, copy the folder twitterbox/Resources/Public/Templates to your fileadmin folder and modify the contained templates. Then you can insert the path to the new templates folder in the Templates dir field (for example fileadmin/templates/Templates).

Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are the only mandatory field. To access the Twitter API, you have to create an App here. Then insert the Consumer Key and Secret into the fields.
