Requirements

The following Requirements must be met before installation:

  • TYPO3 CMS Version 6.2
  • Extension: Datec Contact
  • jQuery Framework and jQuery Validation plugin

Caution

You must have the extionsion Datec Contact installed beforehand. You must have jQuery Javascript Framework with jQuery-Validation Plugin installed globally to support all client-side validation features of Datec Contact.

Installation

  1. Download and install the extension via the Extension manager (extKey: datec_booking).
  2. Create a system folder for bookable resources and reservations and one for contacts.
  3. Check the chapter "Configuration" of this document for neccesary configuration options.
  4. Add the main plugin to your site as described below.

Tip

You may use the same system folder for contacts both for this extension and Datec Contact, this has the advantage of generation one storage for all contacts, since Datec Booking utilizes the same model.

Add plugin

  1. Create a new content element and choose: “Plug-Ins” -> “General Plug-In”

  1. Change to the tab “Plug-In” and choose “Datec Contact/Guestbook”:

  1. Choose the desired view
  2. Save the contant elemend and done.
