ModifyResolvedFrontendGroupsEvent

The PSR-14 event \TYPO3\CMS\Frontend\Authentication\ModifyResolvedFrontendGroupsEvent event allows frontend groups to be added to a (frontend) request, regardless of whether a user is logged in or not.
