Feature: #99169 - Add backend user group filter¶

Description¶

The Backend Users module now offers the possibility to filter for backend user groups. A new search field allows to filter by arbitrary string or user group ID.

Impact¶

Administrators in the backend are now able to filter the backend user groups in the Backend Users module.
