Remove unused methods in PagePositionMap

Impact

A fatal error will be thrown if one of the removed methods is used. The removed methods are:

insertQuadLines JSimgFunc

Affected Installations

Installations that use one of the removed methods.

Migration

Use proper styling for a tree list.
