Extension Kickstarter
You can use the stefanfroemken/ext-kickstarter Extension Kickstarter tool to quickly create your own TYPO3 extensions. It provides a basic framework and templates.
You can choose whether the extension is based on Extbase or not.
Both plugins and Controllers can be created with or without Extbase (for Extbase see Extbase Controller)
The extension can also create Upgrade wizards or add automatic testing.
The Extension Kickstarter can add functionality to existing custom extensions.
